Scammers

 Okay. So i am going to talk about scammers and how to avoid them. Scammers are very common in Jamaa. Here are some common Scams:



#1. The gift swap scam

The gift swap scam is when a scammer says to send your item and they will send theirs. For example:


Scammer: COME TO MY DEN FOR FREE RARES!!!

Jammer: Free rares? (goes to scammers den)

Scammer: (comes to den and only one person is there)

Scammer: Okay choose something on my trade list

Jammer: I want... A rocking horse?

Scammer: Okay. Send me your blue fox hat and i will send the rocking horse.

Jammer: (sends blue fox hat)

Scammer: Okay here (sends rocking horse)

Jammer: I didn't get the item...

Scammer: Oh, It must be a glitch... Bye though.. (leaves den)



#2. The Colored Item Scam


Scammer: Hey guys! i have a new thing that can color your items!

Jammer: Cool!

Jammer's Buddy: Can i test it out on my glove?

Scammer: Sure! Just send it to me and i'll color it!

Jammer's Buddy: (Sends glove)

Scammer: What color do you want?

Jammer: (Tells buddy) Get green!

Buddy: Okay, i want green!

Scammer: Sure, Thanks!

Scammer: (Goes to den and locks it)



#3. The Accepting Scam

Jammer: Hey buddy, would you accept a heart locket for your viking hat?

Scammer: Sure!

Jammer: Okay. (goes to aldan)

Random Jammer: WHO WANTS A HEART LOCKET?

Jammer: I do!

Random Jammer: whats your offer?

Jammer: umm... Rare lei?

Random Jammer: Sure! (trades locket)

Jammer: (goes to scammer's den)

Scammer: Okay trade me the locket!

Jammer: (Trades Locket)

Scammer: (Declines)

Jammer: What? Why did you decline?

Scammer: Because i don't want that XD

Jammer: (Crying Emote)



Iv'e been scammed once and i was really upset. I only remember the name of one of my scammers: bullriderx. He scammed my rare orange short spiked collar and i was really upset. So block + report bullriderx.
